Security Service Counters

Metalworx specialize in producing public service counters that may require extra levels of security protection, such as Credit Unions, Motor Taxation Offices, Train Stations and numerous Financial Institutions. Our security counters consist of a fully steel constructed frame structure that can be powder coated to any required colour detail. The counter front facing includes fully welded steel panels offering a full range of ballistic protection. Our security counters are designed to cater for the weight factor of a fully glazed security screen meeting with any level of ballistic protection.

We can offer standard sized counters, which include low level easy access sections to cater for both staff and public wheelchair users.

Once we have manufactured your counter structure to the required design, we then undertake the finishes to the service top, staff work top and counter front design detail. We can offer an unlimited selection of finishes which include: marmoleum, veneered timbers, hardwood timbers, corian, stainless steel and glazed panels.

Our counter design includes the facility for electrical and data services to be fitted below the staff counter service tops, which have proven to allow a wire free and tidy work space for the staff working environment. We can also offer an extensive service to modify an existing public service counter to meet with any compliance alterations or basic renovation design changes.
